AB (they/them) is the Founder and Facilitator of Change at A Better Standard Direction. A heart-leader, Ecopsychologist, public servant, grassroots activist, creative, philosophizer, explorer, and a vessel of unconditional love.

AB believes in taking action to creating a culture of restoration. They live this mentality in their everyday life through their values, actions, and collaborations.

Through their connection with the Earth, they are a vessel of healing and love. AB teaches using body technology, combined with Earth wisdom and the connection to the interconnected whole to plant seeds of a better life for all Beings.
